Work Readiness for Growth Industries (WRGI) Program / Certificate II in Community Services (CHC22015) – Skill Set

Preparing for work in the disability sector is a tailored program to develop the skills and knowledge of individuals suited to and passionate about working directly with people with a disability. Regular workshops, flexible learning, one to one coaching, work placement and self-paced study will develop your confidence and networks for work in the expanding community services sector.

There is NO COST for eligible participants.

Entry Requirements & Eligibility
(1) Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check
(2) Attendance at a pre-program information session and interview
(3) Preferably be young Tasmanians (under 30 years). However, this program may still support other new workers so inquiries are still encouraged.
(4) Be classified as a jobseeker. Working less than 15 hours per week may qualify so please inquire.
(5) Be committed to finding future employment, including being open to the possibility of further training
